Event Participation Policy

Community Events

Society of Pups may promote, advertise, facilitate, or discuss community events.

Events may be organised by:

  • Society of Pups volunteers
  • Pack Leaders
  • Third parties
  • Community members

Independent Participation

Participation in events is entirely voluntary.

Attendees are responsible for:

  • Their own safety
  • Their own conduct
  • Their travel arrangements
  • Personal belongings
  • Compliance with venue rules

No Liability for Third-Party Events

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Society of Pups does not organise, supervise, or control third-party events.

We are not responsible for:

  • Actions of attendees
  • Venue operations
  • Event cancellations
  • Injuries
  • Property loss
  • Personal disputes

Personal Responsibility

Members should:

  • Exercise good judgement
  • Meet in public venues where appropriate
  • Respect boundaries and consent
  • Follow local laws
  • Report concerns to organisers

Photography

Event organisers should make reasonable efforts to inform attendees where photography may occur.

Participants should respect requests not to be photographed.


Assumption of Risk

By attending events promoted through Society of Pups, participants acknowledge that social activities carry inherent risks and accept responsibility for their own decisions and participation.
